and looking at the date, I'm wondering why we're not going to see MIB3 instead. Mom said we'd see it on my birthday, but why not see the new movie instead? Still, I'm looking forward to watching Battleship. I don't care if people say it's bad, I'm going to see what my own opinions are on this. Not too mention, unless I've heard of ridiculously bad things about it, or if it just flops on ratings, I don't pay attention to anyone's views on movies. That, and a few explosions can make any movie good if done right XD(well, ok, it depends on the movie too)
and I would do that because...? No one plays it anymore in my family. We did own it, but I don't know what might have happened to it
I've heard there's a part in the movie where the military dudes lose their radars, so they actually play the board game to fight the aliens. That would be the only part worth seeing to me. That and apparently they get some old WWII ships geared up for the last battle.
really? I'm actually looking forward to that now. I think it'd be amusing to see some guys from the navy lose radar and start playing a game to save the world. I wouldn't know, I haven't seen the film. And like I said, I don't really take other people's thoughts on movies into account

Lol, agreed Military involvement+ Lot's of explosions+ Robots, Alien things+ 2+ hours=Battleship= Transformers http://www.collegehumor.com/video/6552528/every-michael-bay-movie-in-under-a-minute
So I just watched the movie, and I thought it was actually pretty good. I can also see now why people might have some problems with it. Still, they actually incorporated stuff from the game into this fairly well. And one thing I didn't notice until my dad told me.
