a thing i made following a simple tutorial.added my own colors...not much to say.

I like it
esp. the colour and the pattern
and the whole thing is really consistent

 

I don't like it. The vectored hand is really weird, all the black shading on the hand doesn't go wih the brushes, nor the background. The text, although creative, is pretty bad. It seems like you did it using the pencil tool. I would have suggested either pen or freeform marquee tool.

 

I like it. The only thing I would change is the black shadows on the hand, they look out of place and don't match the rest of the colors.

But I like the overall design, this looks like something you'd see on a t-shirt.
