Question gimp help

    okay im sick of gimp ive had it for a year now and i still dont know how to transfer one image onto another does any one know how you combine images together and make it look good?

    select all = ctrl A
    edit>copy visible

    paste onto whatever you want.

    well,, i fu have 2 pictures and want to put them into one.....

    open one of your images, and then

    file>open as layers...
    and select the second image
