So I got a Galaxy S4 a few months ago and given that my vision is absolute crap and need the extra assistance with the setting, I cant seem to figure out this little issue that happened recently. Now I know not most of you use this feature at all since you really don't need to. If you do, or are willing to explore it and assist me, could you help me? My problem is that TalkBack will not speak my aps on the home pages. It just vibrates and lets me know that yes, in fact there is something there, but the question is, what is it? I cant tell. The phone refuses to read it so I'm kinda stuck atm.
