Crazy stuff. We will never know for sure what was going through this man's head. What do you think his motives may have been?

There may have been a fight which the man thought the wife was taking him for granted or something, but that's sad how he risks his life to save hers, and now he won't live his life as he's taken hers

Wow, the world is screwed up more than I thought it was.

First off, I feel sorry for the infant, he isn't even a year old and already so much has happened to his fragile life. His mother is saved then killed, by the same man, who he will find, I'm sure of it, is his father.

The Father? No idea. One simple thing that could've happened between the couple like a fight (as Crumpet mentioned) may of occured, and he might've ended up wishing he didn't save her and as a result killed her.

I believe no-one has the right to take a life away, no matter how much damage they have caused. The man should stay in prison without patrol for what he did. But don't we have other stupid idiots doing those exact things and getting bail or something along the lines of that?? However the motive no one has the right to kill.

This is quite a depressing story v.v

How...ironic? What does come into question is the reason for him to murder the very woman he loved and saved. Yes, love can make you do a lot of crazy things, so does anger; so, I'd really like to know the real motive for the murder of his wife. It's a little silly to save, then kill, unless the woman had done something serious to provoke him, since he obviously was attached to her.

That's messed up, and sad. I don't understand why people do horrible things like this, I really don't. But if he loved her as much as he did, I can guess a few reasons why he may have killed her. As others said, he might have killed her out of anger over a fight or something. Maybe he killed her because he was high, maybe drunk. Perhaps he has a mental illness of some sort. We can't really know unless if he were to admit to his motive or if an investigation were to find a cause.

Something I'd like to know is...what happened to the kid? His mom is dead and his father's in prison, I'm hoping he's with a family that's actually safe and caring.

As for the court systems...we know that many people get away with less time for their crimes and stuff, and there are plenty of people in this world doing horrible things all the time, and yet they're still walking about freely without any punishment at all. It's sad, but there's nothing we can do about it at all. The court systems are screwed and no matter what we do they will always declare unjustified judgments on many people that deserve harsher statements, as well as harsher statements that people don't even deserve. It's horrible, but that's the kind of world we live in; an unfair one.

I think the article said something about the child staying with his grandmother or his aunt maybe?

Alright, that's good. I never know what happens to the kids with these things, and the only thing I don't want to see happen is them getting the bitter half of the deal, you know? It's bad enough when a child loses their family due to traumatic events such as this, but the child ending up in another bad place is really sad.

    I aint gonna lie..
All Wife's that die are resulted from
the Wife cheating on the husband.
I think she was having it with someone else and the husband caught on and knock her in...
It would explain why the kids are alright if he went mental he would go on a killing spree and the kids would have been in line..
instead the kids were alive so it showed the husband reason was only killing the wife so going mental wasnt begin played because if someone goes Koko they would kill anyone!

This would be true as long as the kid was present. If the kid was not there (maybe with another family member or whatnot) then there is still the possibility of the man having mental illness. Also, not every psycho or mentally ill person will kill anyone they come into contact with. It's true that they can easily lose control and all, but that doesn't mean that once they kill someone they will kill everyone in their path. It depends on what's going through the person's mind at the time. It's a bit scary to think about, but I'm sure that a person could be sitting there chatting calmly with you one hour, and be butchering some innocent person the next minute. You just never know in this world.

As for cheating being a motive, that very well could be. I think anyone would be angry if the person they loved and they rescued decided to cheat.

I wouldn't like to guess at motives, I don't think anybody really can understand what happened except for the man himself, but wow, what a sad story, to be saved and then be killed by the same person such a short time later.

Got any proof to back that up? You know, some kind of study that proves that, or statistics to help back it up? because I kind of think that is bullshit. Majorly so. You cannot say that everytime a wife dies at the hands of her husband it is because she cheated on him, that is a really blind and quite ignorant statement to make.

    Really?
My friend's mother got beaten by her husband for defending their daughter after he had called her very degrading and vulgar names. If my friend had not called the police, his father would have surely killed his mother. Please do not stick with that generalization.
