For people who haven't beaten the elite four in Pokemon black

[So I just found out that there is no Vs. Seeker in Black and White.]

And so I'm training my pokemon on wild ones in Victory Road and wondering, "How do other people train without the Vs. Seeker?" Any suggestions on how to train before beating the champion? Please no spoilers.

 

Spend all your money, go to Elite Four, fight, kill while spending no items, die somewhere along the way, spend all your money, repeat.
That's what i did for Firered, and it worked out pretty well.

 

So train on the elite four and spend your money so you don't lose any. I thought of that once but I really don't prefer that way of training. Ruins the elite four for me.
