    25g flour
    Salt & pepper
    4x chicken breast fillets
    1tbsp oil
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    50ml Californian white wine
    200ml fresh orange juice
    2tbsp marmalade

    1. Place flour and seasoning in a plastic bag, add chicken and shake to coat with flour.

    2. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook for 15-20 mins. Remove chicken and keep warm.

    3. Stir garlic into pan and cook for 1 min. Stir in wine and bring to the boil. Stir in orange juice and marmalade, bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 mins until slightly thickened.

    4. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with new potatoes/mash/fries and carrots or whatever veg you like. Also good with rice.

May sound gross to some but tastes great (permitting you like marmalade). ;>
