Ahaha it feels weird being the one who needs the help for once.

Well, I've been feeling... off lately. Not really sure how to describe it, almost like my depression is having a relapse or something except not really. At first I thought it was just stress or something, but I don't think that's it.
It happens a lot during class, I've noticed. I feel like... I'm not good enough or something. I know I'm not that pretty, and that I'm not exactly the best at most things, but it's never been this strong before. Three days in a row I've either nearly burst into tears in the middle of class or broken something out of frustration. Today, I almost felt physically ill due to it. I honestly thought I was gonna collapse or something.
On top of that, I think I might be getting insomnia again.

    wat do, khv?

Hmkay, it sounds kinda like you're having a minor relapse into depression. That's fairly common, it happened to me and a couple of other people I know.
Stress is quite capable of bringing these relapses on, but there is a bit of good news; relapses don't tend to be as severe as the original depression was, and also tend to be more easily fixed.

Let's take a quick look at what you've said. You don't feel good enough, and I'm gonna presume that refers mostly to class itself. Try to remember that everybody learns in different ways and at different rates, so if you're lagging behind in work or something of that sort, it's okay and you wouldn't be failing anybody. Your best is always good enough.

The insomnia part is fairly easy to work on; if you don't already, try reading for half an hour before you try to sleep, preferably a physical book, but a reading device like an e-reader or Kindle is fine too. If you're not allergic, try using lavender. It always helps me to sleep.

Most importantly; talk to somebody in person about it. A close, trusted friend, or family member, or anybody else you'd feel comfortable talking with and possibly getting emotional in front of. If you do cry, or get angry, or whatever else, it will have a cathartic affect and hopefully make you feel a lot better. For the same reason; perhaps buy something very cheap that you don't really want for the purpose of breaking. An eraser or something of the sort is ideal.

Anyway, that's all I got right now. Hope you feel better soon~
