Chain of Memories Floor four subs question

Not sure where else to put this but I have a question. How come floor four hasn't been subbed yet. Its not a big deal really, but I noticed that its not only you, but everyone else who subs the cutscenes. No one is able to do floor four subbed. I kinda wanted to watch all of them subbed but i can't.

Please someone tell me.
