    personally, i'd move the text off his body and to the right, it's sorta all "yo where's my money!?" in your face right on him, draws away focus, but I think moving off into one of the empty spaces will do it good.

    Move the text a few pixels down and to the left and the placement should be fine.

    My worry is that is feels empty on the left side. If it were me, I would feel a need to emphasize the left edge of his face with something darker. Just me.

    I didn't know you did graphic work, but you aren't bad. Keep it up.
