Finally Figured Out Why I Never Saw The Amanda Show Episode 29 (Season 2, Episode 16)

It was banned because of the ending of the The Lucklesses sketch, where an asteroid hits their house. (See 8:15 on the second video.) I never saw it when it premiered on March 7. 2001 -- I don't think, anyway-- and I'm not sure if I saw reruns if they showed them before them banning it after September 11. Maybe I did, but I don't know, since I didn't really pay close attention to things back then.

I understand why they did it, but why couldn't they unban it after a while like they did with those episodes of Pokémon that were temporarily banned after the September 11 attacks?

I'm beginning to think that you yourself are actually not that intelligent, given that you like to criticize anything, even if it does not warrant any criticism, but rather you've taken to the bandwagon of being an internet Nazi because all the cool kids are doing it.

You're roughly the same age as me, or at least at the same level of education if I remember correctly, so I think you're missing the mark of criticism, which makes it painfully obvious that what I said above is you intention.

The comment on your math skills was criticism for the sake of criticism, but I was totally serious about your grammar. Anything that you do should be done to the best of your ability. If you know English, you should use the English language as well as you can, regardless of what you're doing with it. I'm actually of the opinion that if you can't use English effectively, you should be using a language that you do know fluently, be it Spanish, Urdu, Japanese, Quenya, Tagalog, Klingon, Welsh, Hylian, or even that nameless language spoken in urban America that consists of mumbling in various pitches and tones. The same goes for the written, no matter what the context is.

 

I see what you're saying, but I just do not care.
Internet slang is a thing. I fully intend to use it when the time and place is appropriate.
For example, I've never used slang or lazy typing such as that outside of the Spam Zone from what I remember, and if I have it was certainly intentional, and not due to a lack of putting in effort, unless it was a simple typo, or I just missed something.

 

It's not that he doesn't like anything, it's just that most of the stuff you watch is kind of dumb in the general public's opinion.
