Chain of Memories Final Mix, Re:CoM Questions

I know this has probably been answered a million and one times, but I live in North America, and I really want to play Final Mix for 1 and 2 and I want to play Re: CoM. Is there any way I can get the games and play them in English? I know that they aren't released to America, but everything I read conflicts everything else I've read.

They aren't in english. They are in japanese. They do use the english dubbing for the final mixes, though.

 

If your question was if it would come out in NA then no. Ask me for details if you want to use something on your ps2 to use it.

 

I know that they aren't going to be released in NA. I don't care, I do still wish to play them. What I want to know is if there is a way to play the Japanese games on an English PS2. I also want to know if Re:CoM has the subtitles in english, or is it all japanese? Same with the Final Mix games.
