i looked it up, and i read that they are making the ffvii for ps3, i don't know if it's the same storyline or not. is it true?
i couldn't tell actually... they say there's gonna be a remake for ps3, that would be, the exactly same game, but with the ps3 tech @.@ but i dunno, maybe it's the same misunderstanding that happened with ff8 and the ps2, people spoke about a remake and it was just a tech demo for the new console

I don't think so. They were just displaying the graphics of the Playstation 3. But it would be good to have a remake.
if the people that told you yes, saw the video, then they're wrong because that was just a tech demo. itd be so awesome if they did though...
I'm not sure whether or not it is going to happen, but I have a feeling of yes. Here is my reasoning. Squeenix has been VERY adamant to swat down any rumors about it being remade. Why? So no one sees it coming. I think that a remake of FF7 on the PS3 would allow them to make the story even more clear, make Cloud seem more badass, and get square a TON of money. With the realese(sp?) of FF3 with new graphics and an updated storyline, I think that this remake is a very strong possibility.
