Square-Enix has announced a FFIV Sequel which takes place right where FFIV ends, and there's a new character who has the same bloodline as Cecil does.
Not a mobile game specific sequel... that'd just belittle FFIV's rep and make it abused into a 'murdered' franchise like FFVII. It was the only one with a decen orginal story that I an unsung hero if you played the game cos it is really good. But mobile sequel? ....no, just no.
I'm starting to loathe Square with all of these f------ mobile games. FFXIII, Tobal, Parasite Eve 3, KH, FFVII... just f------ stop it SE. D:<
