Kingdom Hearts II Final Fantasy in Kingdom Hearts

What do you think about that?, Was that an awesome idea?

 

I think it was a fantastic idea! Having so many familiar characters in their new game series only boosted their population ^-^

 

How should I put it....

If there were no Final Fantasy in KH, then I probably would've stopped playing after Traverse Town in KH1 and I probably wouldn't have bothered much into KH2 or CoM...

If there were no FF in KH, I never would have even cared about FF.​

 

I swear this thread's been posted before...

Without Final Fantasy, we'd have probably ended up with a Dragon Quest type game. Not to mention Disney would've overshadowed everything else and players would think that it was some kiddie game...

The FF characters bring seriousness into the game, which balances out Mickey Mouse and Goofy.

I got the chills when Leon showed up on the screen I was like "Oh my god... this is real?"

I seen screen shots, people have told me, but it does not brace you for the reality of Mickey Mouse and Sephiroth being in the same game...

 

yes, it totally awesome idea. if FF wasn't there in KH then i would never thought about playing FF video games at all... i never played FF until i played kingdom hearts 1. i learned a lot about FF and i bought FFVII and i love it! :D

 

Yes... from the strategic standpoint of business its amazing.

The target market for KH would totally become interested in FF.

Also, the FF fans would probably have never of tried out KH unless they heard Cloud was in it.

Its two totally different target market, being cross sold something... in a good way.

I searched and could not find a thread like this. I found some similar ones like "What was your favorite final fanasy character?" but none with this idea. So you're ok ^_^​

 

My case is actually reverse. I grew fond of FF and when there were rumors about some FF characters in the game I discovered Kingdom Hearts(THE GAME, not the heart-shaped moon) And now I'm a KH fan
