358/2 Days Fighting Xion (possible spoilers? Sorry if you weren't aware of fighting Xion)

How annoying are those little fire spells that follow you and completely rape your HP when you're transported to the arena bit in Halloween Town. You start things off in wonderland like, "Oh my, this seems terribly easy, I bet it gets harder though.." and then it's like.. she heals herself so much @_@ It's still a fun fight though :D I'm taking a half-way break ahaha while it's on pause. I'm so lazy!

(An additional point: I also loved that cutscene where Xion was talking to Naminé and then Axel comes along to bring her back.. I love those dramatic moments, it's part of what makes the game great! :3)

Any thoughts on this? x

 

They're not annoying unless each one goes to a direction or she starts to heal after casting, otherwise you can just glide around Xion and it'll be easy.
And sicne you're in the middle of the fight, beware, 3rd form heals the entire HP each time she heals.

 

Use guard loads, and dodge roll.

If she uses Ragnarok (Sora's Limit) then glide, but glide closer to her.

Otherwise, this might cause her to loop, and do Ragnarok again :(

 

aa :D I went back and did it after starting this thread :) it was actually a pretty fun battle!

 

I just used Glide whenever she used the fire spells, that made it pretty easy. ;o
I hated when she healed herself! Especially in her third form, at one point she wouldn't stop. D:

DW Roxas can kill the third form without Xion actually swinging a sword.

The trick is to try maximise the amount of damage you do to the third form before she can move.

If you do, then she will immediatly heal without hitting you.

i glided

in that fight i glided past the fireballs and did a couple of hits on xion before gliding away and repeating.
