Square-Enix FFVII: Advent Children Complete's Release...

... April 16, 2009. Huh.

Well, there will be a bundle set still for that FFXIII demo release. Plus there is a special PS3 called "Cloud Black" (hurray for marketing) which basically features the same uh, features as a PS3 (160 GB though, I believe) only it has an engraving of the Cloudy Wolf symbol. So you can watch the movie and play FFXIII in style. =D It's only gonna cost you almost 50,000 yen for the entire collection.

The DVD will also include an OVA (they are speculating Last Order but SE may pull off a surprise) and the FF7AC trailers shown in 08.

In my opinion, I'm just looking forward to that FFXIII demo. But 30 minutes more of AC wouldn't hurt either. I mean, I loved that movie.

 

Is this just going to be in Japan, or will it be released elsewhere too?

I would get FF:AC on Blu-Ray if I had a Blu-Ray player.

 

Get a PS3. It's currently the best Blu-Ray player out there, and you can do other things with it.

PS3 is not exactly region free. most (if not all) games are, but sony stated that its up to the developers to choose if its region free or not.

i doubt they will put region protection on it.

Wow, i didn't know about the Cloud PS3, it's not something really special though, i want AC Complete to come out, the movie will be a lot better with 30 minutes more of animation, like more... "complete"... got that? complete... ok, enough bad jokes. I just want the movie since i don't have a PS3 to play that FFXIII demo.

 

Oh wow, it would pretty awesome if it came out over here. Seeing those pictures was the first time that I actually saw the Stigma on Denzel.

 

I can't and probly won't get a PS3 for a while, so I am looking forward to the movie. I really really want it to come out in the US, but it probly won't. That would be way too much work.

 

I plan to pre-order it myself.I want that demo!!!!!!And I"m in it for FF7 AC as well.

 

Language?

According to the Square Enix press release, the DVD includes both Japanese and English audio tracks. Is that true or did someone get audio and subtitles confused?

 

Oh lala~! It looks so ...beautiful! ;w; Makes me sad that I don't have a PS3.

 

I'm hoping that the movie comes overseas even though I don't have a blue-ray or a ps3 but I'm playing on getting ps3 some day.
