Square-Enix FF X Help

I was fighting Yunalisca and her 3rd form always uses Mega-Death and I keep dying. Is there a way to avoid this or something else?

 

Have Death Proof or make she enter the third form while you're using a Aeon(Kill the Second with the Aeon) or have the Zombie status(Everybody who is with Zombie is immune to Death).

 

Mega death kills you unless you are in zombie form. So keep atleast one character in zombie form at all times.

Im stuck on EXACTLY the same fight *cries* she just knocks me down, even after ten tries. So now Im getting Yuna to learn Holy, coz its real good against her.

 

Summon Bahmut with Yuna Overdrive when the second form is dying,Mega Flare should kill her,and that will make she enter 3rd phase and cast Mega Death,on Bahumut,and every Aeon is immune to Death.

 

Lol your advice kinda sucks, no offense.
She gets a load of goes in a row after you use an overdrive, and she will kill me with ease during them. Then she'll use regen and heal herself back to full health, so its like Ive done no damage at all.

That's why i said "when the second form is dying" she will recover HP after she enters the third,so it doesn't matter if she tries to recover,it just matter that Mega Flare makes she enter 3rd form.
But that's just to avoid Mega-Death without the Zombie status.
The rest you do the way you want.

 

She uses mega death throughout her third form, not just once. She also regularly uses the move that makes you a zombie.

For now Im just training.

 

She never used Mega-Death more than once with me,guess i'm just lucky.

Yunalesca is pretty easy to beat =/

SHe is agreeably the second hardest fight.

Seymors 3rd form is definatly the hardest. Next comes Yunalesca (the scene b4 that fight is pretty cool though), and as for third hardest fight, I would go with the very last boss (Don't want to spoil, even if it isn't as if it is that big of a spoil).

Yunalesca made me quit tryen a 2 years ago, but last year I totally raped her! (I didn't actually rape her, but you know what I mean)

That's easy right?

Even so,Yunalesca is pretty hard sometimes,depending on your characters and aeons.
And The last boss isn't that hard,Zombie + Phonix Down kills him in three secs,or Bio + Silence + Any attack.

I meant fighting Jecht. I totally forgot about the very VERY end fight. that part was really stupid. The final aeon jecht though was the best fight EVER! I heard the music in the backround, and it got me so pumped that I didn't stop playing until I beat him. I know I should've lvled up, but I didn't want to because I wanted to defeat him while at a disadvantage. it was fun :p

Well, if ur lvled up, then Yunalesca is easy. Just a pain in the ass though cuz it takes a few times b4 u understand how her attacks work

Yeah,pretty much,i needed to use Zamnmato on his second form because i was at a really low level and if it weren't for Tidus i wouldn't survive much time,Yu Yevon though,was way too easy.

I guess so,i almost never am at low level at Yunalesca,and when i was i just summoned Yojimbo and gave he all my money,i think you know what happened next:D.

Yu yevon was literally meant to be killed. I mean, it was barely a fight. If they added it to the final scene, then I would've been happy, but it was really just unnesasary and a huge waste of time

Jecht though was a can-o-fun. For that fight, just cuz I felt it was right, I stayed purely with Auron, Yuna, and Tidus. Had to use haste on everyone constantly, Yuna constantly healed (n used aeons of course), and Auron was my best scource of physical attack. Even when he was at low health and I could've used Magus sisters to kill him, I waited until Tidus specificly could kill him. I even used the long sword that you get from auron in the beggining ^_^

I have never been able to use Yojimbo's best attack. IT SUCKS! I've always wanted to use it to. CURSE YOU YOJIMBO! STOP BEIN SO DAM CHEAP!


What aeons did you end the game with?

That's the same as my team,though on the beginning i had Rikku to cast Hyper Mighty G on Yuna and Tidus,then Tidus casted Haste on Auron,
Yuna called Anima once,dismissed it though,i didn't wat to kill him the same way over and over,It ddidn't even attack,then i just focused on taking out his Hp ad giving others overdrives bars to Tidus use Blitz Ace.
Then the second form came,i stayed without usig the Trigger command and he ended up using the Ultimate Jecht Shot,then i forgot about it,when Jecht killed my Tidus and my Auron i called Yojimbo with Overdrive summon and gave him 100000 (i think),he died isntantly with Zamnmato,poor Jecht,victim of the strongest attack ever.

And i think that if you give him 3 millions of Gil he will use it,but you could aways boost his "affection" with you before,after some time you don't even need to give him money and he uses it.

And i was with all aeons,except for the Magus Sisters that time,of course i got them later,after seeing their Dark versions Overdrive i couldn't resist,though they're not at the same "power level".

 

Dude, you should've just tried and heal em. I maxed out on EVERYTHING, so I definatly wouldn't run out of supplies to heal any time soon ^_^

Magus sisters are pretty kick ass though, you have to admit. I wish they worked a little better though. I would love to fight against (that boss we be talkens bout in the spoilers) with them and only them. I mean, that was what I did with sin, and I've godda say, it was a pretty kick ass fight

 

I was without since the battle with Yunalesca,then i got some in that last area,but spent in Yojimbo,i never stay with 150000 Gil for more than a hour,even now,i buy every kind of Weapon before the items,and when their timecome i don't have enough Gil.
I admit,i needed some Phoenix-Down in that fight,and also some Mega-potions,but i only used Al Bhed Potions and Life.

Yes you should,he's really better when you do it,though it takes time(and time is money,literally :p).

Yeah,They do a reallygood amount of damage,unless Sandy casts Reflect,then Mindy does nothing,and neither does Cindy.
And i doubt you can win against them with just them,you know how much their attacks take out of Hp?
And Sin,that fraking whale,it took me three hours to beat him with Wakka's ball and some magics of Yuna,just to find out that Yuna summons could hit him .

 

Tsk tsk tsk. Not for nothen dude, but I don't like Yojimbo's attack that much anyways. The thought of just killen a boss so quickly just seems so.....cheap. I mean, if you've beat them without usen Yojimbo's best attack, then it is alrite then, but otherwise.....

Depends on how long you have them out though. If you have them out for a decent amount of time, then at some point, their attacks rape. I mean, they do a **** load of damage after awhile. I wouldn't like to fight thems for to long ^_^

Shame what they did with X-2 though. I actually got to a point where I looked up online how to beat the game completely at 100%, and then suddenly, when I see the secret ending, I almost snapped the disk in two. Have you seen the perfect ending of it?
