Favourite Musical? xD

Possibly the best film genre ever, ne?

Well mine would have to be Little Shop of Horrors. I luff that film. ^_^ Most of the songs are hilarious and Steve Martin as the dentist was awesome.

Of course, Grease is a classic too, so I have to mention it - and West Side Story

 

The Sound of Music, Phantom of the Opera, and Rent. I love Rent!!

 

Got to be either Little Shop of Horrors or Phantom of the Opera. *Sings to self*

 

I have to go Phantom of the Opera just because I've had it stuck in my head for over three days now, and all I did was listen to the soundtrack ^^ (though I have seen the movie.)

I LOVE the King and I. It has some of the best songs in any musical. "I have Dreamed" rules. I also love the story in Phantom.

It's cool, cause the play is based on a book which is based on a movie.

 

Wicked, sound of music, west side story (give it up I stared in it), and Rocky Horror Picture show.

 

Rocky Horror Picture Show and Little Shop of Horrors, are the best musicals.

 

The Phantom of the Opera!

i am proud to be a phantom phan! :D

saw the film 12 times in the cinema alone and have sadly only seen the musical once ....:(

Les Mis has got to me a close second and then Avenue Q, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, well almost any ALW musical really

 

The King and I was good, simply because the movie was directed by the guy who directed The Trumpet of the Swan.

But, as for my favorite musical, it is undoubtedly The Scarlet Pimpernel. I love that musical. Especially the music in it (big surprise).

 

The Wiz, The Little Shop Of Horrors ,Moulin Rouge (if that counts), Chicago,
The Phantom of the Opera, and The Producers.
