Technically, Gatorade DOESN'T replenish your energy. Sure it says, electrolytes are there and that Gatorade replenishes them. But your body itself rel*****hes them. So its not really replenishing anything

i think fanta is way better than gatorade. gatorade is just flavored water that thastes very bad. fanta has a nice taste to it that i like :D
