Kingdom Hearts EXTREMELY odd KH1 trailer

I'm not sure if this was for KH1 or KH:FM.

 

Well I had not seen this before.It was very different than the other ones.
But it was pretty good (:

 

That was weird. Donald and Goofy wearing their original clothes? And what's wrong with the letters?

 

It's a mix of KH1 and KH:FM.

It's probably just something FM gets.....alternate costumes for D and G =D
and do you mean the menu command letters? If so it's a language called japanese =D

 

I think it's an early Kingdom Hearts trailer. Before it was finished. Just because it looks a little unfinished in the graphics area and has a lot of things that were cut out of the final copy like Disney Castle..

 

Crazy. The graphics don't look so good though. Then again, it's KH1.

 

The Darkside battle looked cooler. Everything else....not so much.

Yeah, it was the first kingdom hearts trailer...you can obviously tell because of the Disney Castle area and Donald and Goofy in their original clothes, not their Kingdom Hearts clothing...and also by the graphics, so it was one of the original Kingdom Hearts commercials.

 

That was an interesting trailer. Its fun to see the unfinished product.

 

That was the original beta trailer for the game; probably the oldest one. It's actually my favorite trailer, too ^^.

 

Yeah, another example of how things shown early may not appear in the final product. Lots of things were obviously removed from that trailer from final production.

Kind of a shame though, that was also my favourite trailer for KH1.

Damn! Why can't you go in Disney castle in the finished product?

 

here's a list of some strange things i noticed:

1.donald and goofy are in their origonal clothes
2.at 1:04 into the video, you see a world i don't recognize
3.immediately after, you see disney castle
4.sora doesn't shrink when he rides dumbo
5.riku never sits on the clock tower in neverland in the game
6.i'm pretty sure you didn't walk up darkside's arm...........
7.the destiny islands door didn't actually show the keyhole, did it?
8.the logo is different
9.sora apparently locked the destiny islands keyhole at one point in development, and he actually locked it by putting the keyblade in, instead of shooting the beam.
10.sora says "i just don't know.......is this world for real or not?" while in the game he says "is any of this for real.........or not?"
11.sora's hair looks more like it does in kh2
12.donald and goofy aren't withs ora in disney castle.
13. sora seems to be running from something in traverse town.
14. the void above darkside was purple in the final game, not red.
15. "that's right, sora. your body, your soul, your entire existance...their all going to disappear!" "c'mon guys! we have to save sora!" "please sora....don't go." was sora in some kind of extreme danger?
16. sora did not fight riku at destiny islands.


i'm going to watch it agin to see if anything else is different.

 

now that you mention it i can clearly see these strange parts of the trailer.
especially at 1:04-1:05 (looks like an Egyptian Tomb)
EDIT: in the command menu it actually tells you how much MP would be used if you chose that spell.
also i noticed at 0:59 the Y is deformed
EDIT: at 1:04-1:05 that's Agrabah.
and is it me or is Riku's hair shorter than it was in the finished KH1?
Also about the logo: the word "Hearts" is in the right font but the rest... is pretty f'd up

 

I think that was agrabah though.

Also has anyone noticed in the trailer there appears to have been a 1st person option?
