Experimental Treaments

"Are you ready Nox?" the doctor said he had a full head of white hair and strange acent that Nox couldn't reconise.
"I'm still not sure about this Doctor Steinmen," Nox said worry all over his face, "is this safe?"
"Of cource no one has ever died durning the treatment. I know it sounds risky messing with DNA," his voice was conforting. He laughed, "you've probly seen all those Sci-fi movies about Gentic experments, yes."
Nox nodded.
"The treatment is safe and painless. You go to a regular hospital you will go bald and they'll remove your lung and maybe your cancer will go with it," Doctor Steinmen said in a serious tone, "but this treatment is fullproof. And all I ask in return is one small experiment."
"But there is catch right," Nox said a bit sceptical.
Doctor Stienmen sighed, "yes once the experiment starts you might be drawn into something more.
Nox thought about it for several minuets, "Alright Doctor I'll do it."
Doctor Steinmen claped his hands together, "Very good! Let us begin."

Now:
Nox ran into an allyway. His pusurer running after him. Nox jumped behind a dumster. His pusuer raised his hand a fired a Bolt of electristy at the dumpster. Nox got a side shock from the dumpster but was alright. Nox looked at a puddle of water infrount of him.
Nox got on one knee and brought his hands out. The dumster floated just a half inch off the ground before being launched down the ally way.
Nox's purser douged out of the way. Nox threw the entire puddle of water at his pursuer. That just made him mad. He fired anouther bolt only to have it backfire and hurt him. He yeld in pain while being eletrocuted. When it was over Nox standing there just smileing. The pursuer stood up then heard something and turned around. The dumpster came back.

Doctor Stienmen is a gentics doctor that has developed cures for many aliments. He provides his patiets with a cure and they help him with an experiment. He changes there genetic code to give them a power. He then ask them to test it out in a controled enviorment and sends them on their way.
But some patiets come back wanting more powers. Doctor Stienmen sends them off to do something for him and he gives them more power. Or they bring in ADAM a chemical mixture used to create the powers. The chemicals can be found in collage science labs and some hospitals. Or in the blood of other Paitients. Doctor Stienmen will be happy to show anyone how to extract Adam from a person. Or will do it himself if you bring in the body.

Powers:

Electrobolt - fires bolts of electricity
Enrage - causes the target to attack the closest being
Hypnotize - makes a person obay your every comand for a short time
Incinerate - releases a torrent of fire at the target, setting them ablaze
Insect Swarm - unleashes hordes of hornets that attack nearby enemies
Imagination - creates illoushons with your mind
Telekinesis - move objects with your mind
Winter Blast - freeze an enemy in a solid block of ice for a period of time
Sonic Boom - gives a sonic blast to everything standing right in front of you
Blink- Teleport to places you can see. (images are excluded)
Sight- see 120 seconds into the future
You may sugjust new powers but keep it simple

Rules:
No godmodding (this means your not indestructable)
No power playing (powers don't mean your immune to your own powers nor does it mean you can do as much of it as you like)
PG-13 in everything
No killing charaters without the players consent
Charaters will die constantly in this RP most will be mine but make more charaters just in cast
No killing your own charaters for ADAM
Only one power to start
Write 'Bioshock' in your first post
Any charater's that are not OC's can be killed without permission but must be given some sort of chace. (Ex: if main charater has a sniper rifle ready to take off unimportant charater's head you must give the author the chace to write something chessy liked they ducked down to pick up a nickle)
If you go toe to toe with Doctor Stienmen you atomaticly give consent for your charater to be killed by Doctor Stienmen (but that doesn't mean you will die)

Bio: She doesn't know who her parents are so she lives by herself. She loves singing but before the treatment the Sarcoma in her throat stopped her from singing. If she got the surgery she could've lost her voice because they would have to take her vocal cords out. She's able to fight cause since she lives by herself she needs to protect herself. She loves animals

Bio:Was diagnoses with ossio cirrhosis at the age of 6, and had gradually grown worse, bones breaking easily, bruises appearing without actually hurting herself. Back at school children would make fun of her, and call her the glass child. She doesn't care anymore about how others think about her, so she lives life to the fullest. She once was so scared to even leave her room, she stayed inside for about 6 months.

Sickness before treatment: She has no idea but she can feel something about her mind, maybe it is an illness itself, but no one will tell her, and her body cannot handle too much stess or else she cannot stay concious for a long amount of time.

Bio: As said before, she has no idea what her illness is, but enough to have Doctor Steinmen's interest. She has a care free personality, but is very wary of others and will not open kindly to those that have gotten her overly stressed. Being called a 'freak' will cause her a slight amount of pain, or any word similar, but not enough to harm her. She is very creative, which gets her to have a wider view on the world. She hates to ive in silence, she has an iPod to comfort her never ending thrist for sound, if takenaway, she will try and push herself to listen to music within her mind.
Looks: She has a dark bown olive glasses with a slight cat look. She had brown back hair and turqouise highlights. She has olive skin, sometimes stained with pencil lead, or even paint. She's usually found wth ear buds on, not caring about the world because of her iPod. This is her main creativity.

Sickness before treatment:She didn't know what it was called, but she would always black out and when she awoke she would be cut and bruised badly on her body. Some people say they saw her in her blackouts but then disspear, they call it now "Blackerial" for some reason.

Bio: In her black outs she would forget some of her memories, and she use to get hit allot on the head which caused her memory loss and bad memory. But what she does remember is that she grew up in a big town with her parents and best friend Scott, but one day when she was 7 she got ill and the doctors could not heal her. And thats when her sickness came, when she got better she was sent on a errand to buy some meat at the butchery across the street and there her sickness started to kick in. When she awoke the butcher's left arm was cut off and he was on the floor screaming, and she was cut very badly. From that day she was treated as an outcast from the others in the town, and her friend Scott moved away just 2 days before she got sick and gave her a locket necklace. She then went off on her own at age 17 to look for a cure, and there is where she met the Doctor a year after she left her town

Bio: She grew up with her little sister and parents, but her father was abusive and never took care of them when sick. There mother had died when they were 6 leaving with their dad. And one day when she got sick with a terrible flu her father did not nothing, and with that she got ill until she got breast cancer. She couldn't take this anymore and begged her sister to run away with her, but her sister did not . SO running and leaving her sister behind with her abusive dad she escaped with tears, and as she adventured she met the doctor and was cured but given her new power.

Nox struggled to get up useing the wall for suport. Who is that? Is this what Doctor Stienmen was talking about?

 

Tavor walked down the street, listening to his music. He pushed past people, not caring about much of anything.
There's something wrong with people. I hate being one of them. He sighed and sat on the ground, watching the people walk by.

 

Nox looked at the body of his pursuer. I killed him. Nox put a hand to his mouth, "I think I'm gonna be sick."

 

Mitsuki sat down on a bench picking up the dog

Nox walked off trying not to look suspious. His side hurt from running from the man.

 

Tavor looked up at the clouds rolling in. It looked like it was going to rain. People started to hurry down the streets, fearing the weather.
Stupid people. I like the storms. Why hate what you cant change. He closed his eyes and smirked. Maybe some meaning will come to my life soon. Until then, I'm just a passing storm.

 

Nox walked to a bus bench he sat down. He'd have to head to the other side of town. Then meet with Doctor Stienmen.
