Meh, to me not really. The shoes, yes. His outfit in KH compared to Mickeys outfit in the Timeless River world, now, there I can see a resemblence.

MAYBE ITS BECAUSE THEY ALMOST HAVE THE SAME KEYBLADES? OR MAYBE MICKEY IS JUST COPYING FASION DESIGNS!

 

Originally, the main character in Kingdom Hearts was going to be Mickey. But the SE decided to make their own character.

That's why Sora's clothing is reminiscient of Mickey's.
