Eragon: The Next Journey!

*MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!*

Story
(This story is a bit different from the book and the movie ><)
In a place called Alagasia, there used to be a time of happiness and peace. A time of dragons and dragon riders. However, this peace was soon ruined when the dragon riders began fighting against one another. Almost all of the dragons and their riders were wiped out. But one man killed nearly all of them, and his name was Galvatorix. Once there were no more dragon riders, Galvatorix took control of Alagasia as king, with a shade serving him. The shade's name was Dazar. There were creatures working for him called Argles.
Some of the remaining dragon riders fled to the mountains and formed a resistance called the Vardin. A young farmboy named Eragon, however, became a dragon rider and killed Dazar. Aria, a girl who is part of the Vardin, and princess of Elsmia helped Eragon in his journey, and then returned to her people.

Becoming a Dragon Rider
You become a dragon rider when a dragon chooses you. When a dragon is in their egg, they search for a human to become their rider. They will wait thousands of years for their egg to encounter that human. Then, once the human gets the egg, only then will it hatch into a young dragon. That dragon will then leave a mark on the rider's hand and, once it learns to fly, will become a full grown dragon. Dragons do not breathe fire until they can fight as one with their rider. Until then, they can breathe ice.

Magic
Every dragon rider will be able to use magic once the dragon leaves the mark on their hand. However, magic should be a last resort. If magic is used too soon, it can injure a rider, leave them weakened, make them unconcious, or, if they are truly not ready to use a spell, they can be killed by it. Magic spells are used with the ancient language of the elves. Some spells are harder than others, so the rider must be careful not to drain all of their energy and they must be sure they are ready to use it. Their body must be able to withstand the physical strength needed to use magic.

Death
Death is a tricky thing. If in combat, death may occur. However, it is different than a normal death. If a dragon dies, its rider will live on to see another day. However, if a rider dies, then so does their dragon. It is also said that as a rider dies, you can hear the painful screams of their dragon.

RPG Story
Now that Dazar has been killed, it is time to continue the adventure. Eragon will continue on to help the Vardin in defeating the king. You may play as and character from the book or movie that has not died. You may also create your own character.
