    Apparently after looking something up, I found out I may or may not have slightly damaged my "brachial plexus". My left arm has been numb since yesterday night. I was at the movies and had my arm over a chair in such a way it caused it to go numb. Kinda normal, right? So near the end of the movie I move my arm away from its position and stretch it out to try and get the feeling back in it. My arm isn't severely numb.

    I don't believe it's serious enough to go to the doctor but I will if I have to. My arm is tingling but it's usable. << Is there anything I should do to help the numbness go away? Should I just rest it or would some light physical excercise work?

    Try some exercise. That should get the blood flowing hopefully.

    If not, go to a doctor.

    Yeah I have to agree, with something like that exercise maybe the way to make it feel better...

    I agree with what everyone else has said except if it beginning to get worse during exercise or if it just gets worse in general then go straight to the doctors because that means that theres not enough oxygen travelling to your arm and thats bad as you could imagine.

    Also, make sure you're not wearing very tight clothing or any jewelery/watches/wristbands on that arm, to keep the circulation going. It may just be that the bloodflow isn't working properly and it should heal itself in a few days, light excercise may help too.

    What you did is probably developed Cubital Tunnel. It's from stretching your ulnar nerve. It causes your hand to go numb. :P Just rest your arm and try not to bend it a whole lot. It should be alright.

    I would go to the doctors and see what they reccomend, then do what they reccomend.

    @Everyone: It's not a circulation issue. My arm would get pale if it was. <<; I was really hoping someone with technical knowledge of this would help but thanks anyways. ^^;

    Cubital Tunnel? Never heard of that one. Well, I'm actually sure I gave the correct reason as to why my arm was numb...but thank you. Actually I did some light working out...and it made my arm slightly sore...but it made my arm feel better. Honestly, I don't think there's a need for this thread anymore. I feel much better now. 8D Thank you.

    I would hope people listen to what their doctors say...<< *Goes to find someone to lock this* Thanks everyone. No need for this now.
