I don't know what's up, but for some reason I can't access my email at all. On Hotmail, I can get to my Inbox page, but that's it. I can't open any email, I can't even go onto the junk folder or deleted, or even open Options. And I'm having issues with my yahoo email as well. I would say it was my computer, but it's also happening on the computer they have in the staff lounge, and I'm not the only one having issues with email. About half of the other people here that use hotmail are having trouble with it as well. And it's not the browser either, because I tried on Mozilla, Google Chrome, and IE. Does anyone know what's going on? Or is anyone else having this issue as well? I would say it was the location I'm in, but the first day I got here I checked my email just fine on the computer in the lounge and nothing was wrong. I don't understand what's happening at all. I would change my email for hotmail, but everything is connected to that, including my credit/debit stuff, as well as all the things for my MMO games
When did this start happening? Also, if push comes to shove, you could always move to Windows Live Mail.
It only started happening maybe around 4-5 days ago. I sent a request help thing to the hotmail team, so I'm hoping that I'll get help sometime soon, but I really want to know what's going on. I'm somewhat glad I'm not the only one having problems, but it also bugs me, because what if hotmail got hacked? That would not be a good thing
Well, hopefully it gets sorted it out soon. If Hotmail was compromised, that would definitely not be a good thing indeed.
When you hover your mouse over your emails, does it say "Javascript;;" on the bottom corner of the browser? Perhaps it's an outdated version of Java that's causing the problem, it's a good idea to update it and see if it's working.
