It's not actually Japanese but it follows the style and conventions pretty closely. It isn't produced by a major corporation, it's a small internet started manga-esque series that I'd recommend to pretty much anyone. I only just recently realized it was being published and sold via the internet. Heh. If you've read it I'd like to see your thoughts on it, if not I still uphold my recommendation.
