um, what is it? o: I understand you're trying to be artistic but I just don't get it. Lower the opacity of the noise filter on the circle a bit. The gradient in the background makes the background look like an american flag, so you might want to fix that. :v
So to me personally I like this. As I told you, it looks like something I'd find on this artistic/abstract site I go on. Thin out the background because it's a liitle distracting from the actual image right now. I like the gradient you used in the background. Nicely done. :3
