Eating a gaint tub of non fat icecream won't make you fat will it?

You know, it isn't just fat you have to look at, it is also carbs, calories, sugar, etc.

Good point.. but I got sick of it after I took a couple of bites. Non fat Ice cream tastes horrible. I'm a fatty at heart I NEED sugar and sweet overpowering fatty acids that make vegans cry. It's not American if you can't make a vegan cry. (remember though vegans are people to. )
