The E.S isn't really tough once you get use to him. Sure he can do loads of damage but if you know what to do, he's easy. I mean i beat him once without actually meaning to. it's along story n' i don't have time to explain it all.

This is what i did to beat him:
Before he shoots the big ball at you, try n' get close enough n' guard it so it hits him, then you can do a combo on him. If you are too far away dodge roll into it.

When he does his motorcycle attack or flying attack, it is easier to just guard it, as it will normal miss your teammates as well. Dodge rolling wasn't for me.
After his flying attack he'll usually use his keyblade like a whip, either dodge it by flying or dashing from it quickily. Or you could try your luck with guard as i did.
Just be carefully as he can go straight from his motorcycle attack to his flying attack n' vise versa. He did that to me for about 5 times before i could attack him.

If he gets you in a combo let him finish it, wait till he fully stops, you will still be alive. but only in your normal form i think.

Now for this i'm not too sure. The move were he chases you & tries to stab you with his keyblade well i just let him get close to me & flew away n' attacked him from his side. I never guarded it successfully.

When he puts that spell on you were you have to press the right command or you'll die, just fly away n' take your time selecting the right one.

The move that kinda looks like trinity from kh1 (well it does to me), i just tried to dash away. If he hurt me it would normally still let me attack him. So be patient n' wait for your chance, then don't stop till your free of the spell.

When he goes berserk just simply fly around for his first 2 attacks, then stop n' guard the rest of his attacks until he stops goin' berserk. Hopfully if you timed it right you should be unscared. Then go crazy on him.
He'll can go berserk anytime he wants from this point so watch out.

You could always try n' use 1 of Donald's limits & the square him like crazy in the air to do hefty damage, but he is unpredictible as when he will break out of it. I tried this method n' got about 10 health bars outta him a few times, but it's not how i had beaten him.

I never used limits to fight him, except for the first time i beat him.

Hopefully this may help some people. But if anyone has other points that can help please share them. :D

    I'll have to try that.
Yeah it helps if you've maxed about your forms.

Thinking back to forms, it's hard to say which ones will work best. Notably, Final Form will be a huge success, due to the amount of gliding that needs to be done. Personally, I want to see how well Master would work. The form is generally faster, and since Reflect can be used well, this form also buffs up the damage sent back at the enemy. Not as much as Wisdom, but still.
Not only that, but Master Form's aerial finisher is a completely invincible strike, and has a large radius, and goes for a decent amount of time, while striking multiple times. Makes me wonder how much more damage could be done to the ES on the third combo, with this as the finisher.

I would think it would work well, mostly because you don't actually have to glide at all during the fight, if you just make good use of Reflect and Guard.

True, except that Gliding saves a lot of MP during the Berserk mode of the ES. Reflectga would work for this particular part of the battle, but chances are one will need to use at least one ether, and I don't consider Reflectga as 'safe' as gliding.

Then again, I haven't seen a video of someone trying to parry all of the ES' attacks while he's in Berserk.

Granted, the Berserk would be a little difficult to block, but Master Form a little faster on the ground. It might be possible to run from him, making use of the second jump to put a decent amount of distance from him, when he gets too close for comfort.
See, it's times like these that make me a little upset that I don't have KH2FM+. I'd like to try it myself, but alas, I'm stuck to hypothetical situations.

I haven't tried blocking the first 2 attacks of the E.S when he is in berserk but i have guarded the last 1 successfully (1 were he goes crazy). That's not to hard to guard. I'll try n' block them all.

I tried using thundaga on him, but i didn't like doin' that. It's more fun actually fighting him.

I only Thundaga him when he has me in a Melee lock. Otherwise, I stick to physical attacks as well.
