every time you edit something angels cry. i love how it's off center, so there's movement. the red seems so mysterious and comforting at the same time since it's kind of like, enveloping him. and the fact that you titled this dum spiro spero just pulls the entire thing together because it makes perfect sense with this piece. it's dark and still and perfect.
Why is my name up there? .__. Anyway, the render you used for this is really fitting of the theme, that's for sure. But my favorite part of this is the way the red glow, well, glows in the background instead of blending into it, so the contrast it gives is pretty mellow. Overall, a very tranquil piece. Well done.
Oddly enough, the thread title made me think of Spyro the Dragon. Anyway, I have to agree with the render comment. It fit the theme well. What I find interesting is how you made the area where Roxas is a shade of red. It also looks like he's sleeping. Overall, 9/10. Very nice.
Lol what i find interesting is its Ventus in a shade of red. This is a fairly simple, yet captivating picture. I do like the placement of Ven and and the use of red aura around him, it does work well together. The only thing that concerns me is the use of "space." It is nice, however i feel that there could be more there. Maybe more lines and such outreaching from Ven. That would also make transition more smoothly from Ven to the background. Good turnout, i do hope to see more, which you always deliver!
Lol, That's Ven, Amaury xD But yeah, the red glow gives off a really nice effect, it makes me feel relaxed and peaceful. Also the render is nice and has a nice feel to it, as if it's slowly drifting off into the depths of space.... Really good stuff dude, keep it up!
I don't know if this is just me or not but as much as I love the red I just feel that Ven looks a bit stuck on to a background. The background is lovely though, the black and the red glow go very well together and it also gives off an empty yet warm feel just like Ven feels when his heart is incomplete. I just feel that Ven could be blended a bit more or even just blurred a bit at his feet to show depth.
