Kingdom Hearts II Drive form leveling help KH2FM

First cavern of remembrance, now this. I can't get exp with valor form, final, or master. The only ones I can get exp with, is limit and wisdom. I got max drive, infinite drive, drive without party members, party members don't go away, no anti form, etc etc... Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

 

what are their current levels?

I know you can't get pasted 5 and/or 7 until you finish certain plot points.

If you haven't already, go beat the game.

 

I can't level them at all, as in they are zero. This never happened in KH2, I tried leveling them without cheats, and they still won't gain exp. Is there an ability that turns drive EXP off or something?

 

Umm, perhaps the ability of EXP 0 might affect it. Check your abilities, it should be the very last one before the weapon abilty.

 

No, I never put that ability on. I'm thinking all the drive codes may have affected the forms. Still, wisdom and limit are leveling fine, yet valor, master and final aren't getting exp at all. Maybe I should just start a new game with no drive codes.
