Dreamer I always feel like I need to get away Not just from my house, or the town, But from the world. Into a storybook, movie, videogame, Or even one of my dreams. I find myself fighting with a ninja, Flying with a dragon, Dancing with a doll. Have you felt the water dance around you? Or have your lost brother fight alongside you Against an imaginary creature? Or walk through a forest of cherry trees In the midst of spring And find yourself next to a lake that reflects The moon and stars along with the slowly drifting Petals that smell so sweet you just feel like All pain has completely disappeared. I always expect to wake up one day And start an adventure that Could blow away the reality that is our world. The only problem Is that the only way I could do these things Is if I write a book of my adventures, Make a game, Write a comic, TV show, Anything to make what I have created A reality. But it is nice, To hope that one day I could Help a lost soul find their way to a new place, Fight along side the Hero of legend against Creatures of darkness and twilight, Have fun with a ninja in training, Or even just go to school with a boy That has another life and is planning to Take down an empire that has once been his home. All this and more are my dream. I have many wishes, I have created many adventures. Through and through, In every inch of me, I am a dreamer. There is just one last wish, One simple whim that I want to share with you. I would like to take your hand And have you take an adventure with me. I would like for YOU to become a dreamer this is a poem that i wrote at the begining to just write and it became something that i wrote about the adventures my brain creates, it's dedicated to all my friends on this sight and even everyone else. please sa what you think of it please~!
O_O...wow. That's really all I can say, Jap. I'm speechless about this. In a very good way, I assure you. I read this over and over, and it stuck. The hidden meanings in the lines, things we've talked about, things in your stories...(sighs happily) I'm proud to be a dreamer, too.
