Your hand sketches totally rock. I suck at hands and feet, they're the worst for me. All of these look pretty good, I actually really like the hair on the second one. Great job.
I must commend you on your artistic endeavors, I see hard work has built up what i am currently looking at. You have a good concept of proportions of the face, the eyes and all compliment each other very well. The only things i would suggest are: Pay attention to jaw lines, it seems to be a slight weak spot for you. On the 4th one down, keep in mind that a female's shoulders are two head lengths apart and their hips are about three head lengths apart. Other than that, these are very well done sketches. I look foreword to more of your art! Keep it up!
