The kid in the second video wrote on the wrong side of the disc. Which is a worse crime: copying a floppy, or writing on the read side of a disc?​

 

Obviously, he needs to write on the read side, so the disc reader can read the writing.

It's obvious, really.

 

He wrote on it with a sharpie, over the laser readable surface.​

 

There are discs that can be read on both sides, I think.

 

Writing on a readable surface is unforgivable.

Next you'll say those discs deserved to be violated.​
