Does anyone know how to use Ares Tube?

    I know how to use it so that I get to the site, but after that, when I hit the download button it dose nothing! What should I do?

    I didn't mean for the Ares program. Its when I try to downlode the videos into iTunes that it always pops up with an error, no matter what video it is.
