Kingdom Hearts II Do You Think Nobodies Have An Appetite?

Or can they just exist without eating for a week? I mean, I'm sure they get hungry every once in a while, and if they do, what do they eat? I have an idea that Xemnas secretly eats Wheaties for breakfast, that's why his teeth are so **** big! And I can imagine what Xigbar eats - a triple whopper with a big Coke from Burger King. XD

 

Umm... well, last thing I heard, hunger isn't an emotion. P:

And besides, we've already seen Axel and Roxas eat ice cream.

Well, I thought because they were Nobodies that not only did they feel no emotions, they had no appetite. But, I do remember seeing Axel eat ice cream and Roxas...but, what about the others? Lexeaus must EAT something, or he wouldn't be so big, unless he's taking steroids. Saix must be eating something too, like KFC, because he's to 'kool' to eat BK. Xaldin, for sure, is having Popeyes Chicken.

 

They all probably do eat, but to show them doing so holds no purpose to the story-line.

 

I am guessing they eat, But it would be stupid showing them eat. Just like it would be stupid when Sora about to defeat Xemnas "Wait! Bathroom Break!"

I wasn't asking if it was a important role in the story, I was just wondering if they ate.

Yeah, this is the first time I've really thought about it.

We should ask them what's their favorite food!

 

They would eat I guess, but not have the pleasure of eating, as that would be a form of emotion. They mimic emotions though so I would suppose that they would have favourites in order to mimic this (the ice cream?).

 

I see. So, I guess even though they were hungry, they wouldn't be like 'starving hungry' because isn't starving an emotion?

 

Truely it's a good point even FFx showed Tidus eating once and Even Rikku when she ate that apple (everyone else seemed anorexic but then again I suppose everyone is in a game that isn't called the sims)

I think Larxene likes Raw meat cos that'd show her violent and horible nature, that or pixie sticks to make her hypo enough to run as fast as she does in Re:com.

And Marluxia must be a vegetarian!!! (or anti eating wildlife, I dunno...).

since Demy is thin he probably eats at KFC (cos that's where all my sknny friends eat at instead of Mcdonalds where my fat friends eat).

 

They might feed on uuummmm souls.

 

Well, they're not exactly soul-eaters like in Bleach.

Roxas and Axel...I can see them eating at Dominos.

 

I think the nobodies creatures don't eat. They are empty shells of matter and so must not need food to exist - feed on emotions.

 

Hmm, good point there too. So, even though if they did eat, it's not their main source of survival, they're kind of like immortals.

 

I've always thought they eat, yes. Even moreso after reading the manga, since there they eat. (although it is takeaway food, heh)

After a drawing I saw on DA once, Xaldin would be chef. Since he probably likes to cut up things that used to live.

i think the Organisation member do have their meals.. but the nobody creatures would probably take others' heart as their food

 

That nobody creatures part sounds really creepy, 0_o

 

They don't necessarily "need" food, but food consumption would probably be some unconcious habit they had. Like someone said early they would remember having to "eat food" but they probably wouldn't have the same "liking" or "disliking" of food as that would be emotion. Another example of unconcious habits would be when they appear to "breathe" when they speak. Since they're technically not made out of anything, they don't necessarily need to breathe to speak, or really blink.....I think that covers it.

Also, the manga isn't canon. Case and point, Marluxia's Specter aka FLYING SPACESHIP doesn't exist and Larxene dies via WATER.

 

I agree. I never really noticed that they act like they're "breathing" as they speak. I'll have to check that out. :D
