Do you study a martial art?

This is just me wondering how many people on here study at least one form of martial arts. I'm currently 6th Gup (green belt) in Tang Soo Do.

 

I used to take karate, but after a bad injury I had to stop. I want to continue, but my parents think I already have too many things going on. And I don't. I spend most of the week at home in front of my computer. xD

 

i used to do tie-kwan-do but gas got too expensive and we had to stop, and i was oly two months away from black belt too...:(

 

I did nijitsu when i was 8, but after i broke my leg, I had to stop. I was only a green belt thou

 

I did a bit of Tae Kwon Do for Sports class XD

But in all honestly, I would've really loved to continue it. Though I can barely even find the time to SLEEP so there's no way I can start lessons ;__;

 

A bit of Tae Quan Doe, but anyone can still beat me. I tend to hold back.

 

I've been wanting to start martial arts FOREVER, but I always seem to end up not having the time for it. o_O

I'm doing Shintaido and I just started in january... XD
Its easy but confusing at the same time... :p

 

I'm and orange belt in Naha-ti Goju Ryu. I would be higher but I had marching band and now I have and ankle injury. But I plan on going back as soon as possible.

Yeah. I study a martial art--Jujitsu.

I'm a 3rd strip Brown belt; I'm inches from black. :/

Im doing karate, Superfun!
I have 1 brown (3.kyu).
And I am going to nm(norwegian championship)
All the kids in norway who studies martial arts (just karate) is comming ;D

 

I study Tae Kwan Do. Black Belt.

The fun part about martial arts is creating your own techniques and training methods.

I do Golden Knights martial arts in Australia. Its really cool, white, blue, green, brown and black.1st dan 2nd dan.. yada yada yada. Im a green.

 

I used to do American Karate, but I stopped after I moved...

 

I did for a day because it was free. It was Judo. Basically it was just flipping people =O

I take Tae Kwon Do. So far...I'm a blue belt...I'm pretty close to a black belt..

 

I used to do Kendo. It was rough in spars because:

a) I was always the shortest one there, so 'Men' was *the* best way to score points on me.

b) People doing incorrect 'Kote' severely bruised my forearms (yes, they hit my forearms).

But the armour was a real treat to wear, and wearing a Gi and Hakama all throughout class is always fun.

 

I used to do Wing Chun Kung Fu, but me and a friend got bored after a while and school work got heavy etc. But we got to a Blue Belt level.

Lol, I don't. But I do remember in, like, 3rd grade when there were Karate birthday parties. O.o
