This was actually posted three days ago, but it was news to me. Virtual Player? While ambitious (and I highly doubt it will be as amazing as it sounds), I am more interested in the fact that they talk about Wi-Fi as if online play was already announced. They even say "online players", which to me seems to suggest something more than simply someone playing in the same room as you. If it was, someone please link me. O_o
Although it sounds like a ghost, it says they will have the same "style" as the person you previously battled, like it will play as that person, but it won't be the same fight over and over again.
This sounds interesting. Could they mean a wireless match between others. That's the most plausible explanation. If not, it's probably an extra feature you can use in story mode.
