Square-Enix Dissidia Gameplay

Somewhat interesting. Probably ******ed for me to say but I don't recognize the player's character.

I was only stating my oppinion though, which I don't like. I'll try and keep meh comments to mehself (I've only started posting in area's besides rp area for like a week now, so....). SO ya, I'll just edit it out. sorry

And btw, I'll take back the statement. It was the first thought that popped into my mind. I still don't like the game though since it seems so 'arcadish' to me, but that is simply my oppinion.

 

Anything that's deemed a fighting game will seem "Arcadish". To be honest I really don't see how THIS game play is any different then Kingdom Hearts on Crack. Which is basically what it is, it's the KH+KH2 battle system only everything's bigger and flashier. And I liked the battle systems, so I don't know what makes it arcady to you.

 

Well, so far, this is what I can see.

Final Fantasy: Dissidia is basicly a game where you might be able to have an even fight between, oh.....Say Zidane and Sephiroth as examples.

It is because of the reveiws that I have read that make it seem arcadish to me. The fighting style is absolutely fine. I just don't like the games style really. It is simply a personal oppinion. Like said before, the previous comment I apologize for, but as for this one, I don't like how it has drifted off. The one thing that I enjoy about these games is mostly the story line, which in a book or an anime, I can only watch, but in these games, I am more entertained by the gameplay factor, as well as the storyline factors. This game on the other hand just seems like all it is is just people fighting eachother. If I am wrong, then plz, correct me (I'm actually hoping for someone to be able to correct me)

I was refering to Final Fantasy specifics really I suppose. I still don't like the idea of Final Fantasy: Dissadia though. Sorta reminds me of that stupid "Mortal combat vs DC universe" game with all the mortal combat ninja's fighting all the super heroes. Really just isn't my thing I suppose

Hmmm. Well I wouldn't say that I don't like fighting games, since I did used to play the dbz a lot (and still might even be willing to play it a bit). But what I don't like is how they alter it. I just don;t like how they are using charecters from an rpg and using them for a combat game, do ya know what I'm saying? I suppose that others don't have a problem with it, and that it is more of a personal thing from my point of veiw.

Originally I was never too thrilled about FF charecters being in it, and I still am not, but, if you do not mind then, than if kingdom hearts is not an rpg game, then could you inform me of whether people enjoy playing the game, or the story more....

Lol. I guess that everyone has different reasons for playing certain games then, lol. Well, whatever. the Poll is pretty even in my oppinion, so I guess it don't really matter. I think kingdom hearts was more of an rpg, and only reason it is the way that you say it is is because that is the most exciting battle system available. Not for nothen, but it kicks ass compared to the old "Players turn to attack an oppenent and then run back to the exsact same spot for no dam reason whatsoever" rpg style, lol.

 

It looks cool and all, but what's with the numbers.

This game looks awsome to me I can't wait to play it. It also looks like it has a interesting story. Also for those who don't know who those characters were they were the onion knight and Cloud of darkness from Final Fantasy 3
