Disappointed With TGS

Can we talk about how the Tokyo Game Show this year was just a tragic?

Where was Kingdom Hearts III? I'm starting to hate Final Fantasy 15. The production has been on-going since 2006. It's time to release it or cut the production altogether!

 

... I totally thought you were talking about the show within a show in 30 Rock and got really confused...

TGS has always been a disappointment.

 

I know what you mean, but at the same time Nomura & the staff had said that the KH3 announcement was way too early since they've only recently begun development. FFXV should have been out a while ago, that I agree with, but considering they're presumably nearing completion within the next year or so, I can't really complain.

I'd like to have some KH3 news, but if they do release bucketloads soon enough then that means they're rushing both it & FFXV. And I don't want the two games I've been waiting years for to be half assed (OR IMMA PUNCH SQUARE IN THE CORPORATE JAW)

TGS sucks pretty much every year. Although it seemed like an even bigger disappointment this year than it usually is.

However, I'm just happy that they announced the localisation for this game:

But yea I'd rather wait and have the KH3 stuff be amazing than have something half-assed.

 

Not going to see more info till next year, sorry, FFXV is a priority and I agree with Square on this one, they've been working on it forever and it needs to come out already.

Square man, can't rush games, you can't hate a game because KHIII is taking forever.
We should see a release for FFXV next year, and we should see a KHIII release in 2015.
No offense Mike but it seems like your asking for stuff a little too soon, I know in most people's eyes KH comes first but IMO and in Squares, FF comes first, its their key franchise and also IMO it hasn't been doing so well due to the crap that was FFXIII's games. Plus I know this is off topic, I am excited for KHIII as well, but....I kind of want FFXV more, I've grew up with FF, I also grew up with KH but I got into KH because of FF. And plus I think that KH's plot has jumped the shark since KHII, it feels like a typical anime story instead of being fresh like KH1 was, gameplay is good and all but still.

It's been what.. like more than 4 years since we've been waiting for kh3? Still we should hang on tight.

And not all of it has been production. Would you prefer if they didn't announce Kingdom Hearts III for another year so you wouldn't hate on Final Fantasy XV finally getting attention?
