How can I say this...it doesn't really match up very well. The background matches the shading with Vincent, but the text and black spots don't really help it any. I don't know exactly what you were intending with this, but it's not working very well.
I can't say much but I think you made his face (or whatever that's under his gun) too blurry. And I kinda agree with D.Cloud about the text. But all in all, you should definately make it less blurry.
