Reno was so cool, calm, serious and badass in ff7 but in Advent children his all doppy and strange. In ff7 he kills hundreds of people without hesitating did it with a smile on his face. But in Advent children his doppy and annoying and has a conscience or something that just seems lame. So did he hit his head? So heres the question, is he cooler in ff7 or in ff7ac?
Well, look at how drastically Rufus changed in AC in comparison to FFVII. Since Reno seems to still be a loyal follower of Rufus, it's natural that Reno's perspective would change just as much as well. AC Reno was just funny and entertaining to watch. His comments made me laugh all the way through. I enjoyed him more in AC than I did in FFVII.
Yeah, I noticed that too. I much prefer FF7 Reno, even though I tried to appreciate the AC one. (if you ask me, that movie is way overrated anyway) Apparently it has to do something with the way the americans dubbed the game - they kinda changed his personality. In the jap version, Reno IS supposed to be a 'humouristic goofball', and *somehow* the americans changed that. This is what I heard though, I can't be sure for certain.
I noticed the personallity change,to. I liked Reno better in FFVII. He was a lot smarter and stronger in it,and he was my favorite of The Turks (and still is).
