Because with me I had a hard a crap time with marluxia one. Died eight times or more, but with his final form I only died once. Has anyone else's playthrough been like this.

I had the exact same defeat number with Marlxuia's first form as you! Maybe that's because I was extremely low leveled at the time.

Not once did i die wheni fought him. He was a sad excuse for a final boss. Although Ansem was really the final boss, & he was hard!

I died to Marluxia's human form eight time in low-leveled mode...

P.S. I defeated Ansem on my first attempt. All I did was break his enemy card and then break his sleights and used Malificent when I was in Dark Form and killed him eventually, while curing myself with King Mickey cards (MM Miracle x3 Sleight) at HP Critical. I also accidentally used Dark Aura, but it helped a lot.:D

None of the bosses are hard to be honest after you know how to make a good deck/use Riku's decks. But Marluxia 2 is painfully easy.

    Marluxia 1 was soo Hard,
But when fighting his robot thingy was easy ^.^

And Ansem in Reverse / Rebirth was easy aswell.

the only reason i found him remotely difficult is that i was lvl 49 when i fought him.

Marluxia for me was simple in both forms. I felt totally jipped. At least Ansem was more difficult and well, had more plot reasons to have his rear kicked. I really didn't think Marluxia, who hid behind a girl etc, was the kind of final boss that should have been meriting two fights. People call Demyx a coward but meh.

He's really cake if you develop a solid strategy. I simply kept about 4-5 0 cards at the back of my deck, and would use it whenever he would start doing that 'dashing-across-the-screen' move. You'll find it's very easy to control the situation of the battle, almost to the point of rendering Marluxia completely unable to attack you efficiently.

The first and last are hard for me. I died about 11 times(creepy, huh?) on his first form, and just got annoyed with Marluxia's petals of fury always attacking you. I took an hour, and I still didn't beat him.

The fight was easy with a good tactic. But it was more the fact it was bloody long. =/

Yes. Almost too easy. It's like the bosses in Harmony of Dissonance. Death's first form is a ***** but his second form is ridiculously easy.

The key is to have a strategy...or you could just go in and wing it like I usually do.

Easy? I say TOO EASY! I mean the only thing that changes hes difficulty level is those needle shooting roses, I mean whats up with that?

I agree, Marly Final isn't that hard, but realistically he isn't really the final boss of CoM. Well, he is but he isn't. You know what I mean, right? But Ansem? *shudder*

marluxia's final form is easy. break his card when he's done jumping on you and get on the robot thingy. (break his scythes first, this makes it easier)

marluxia in robot form is eeeeeezeeeeeee!!! BREAK HIS CARDS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find the final form easy, my card strategy was to use magic raids. Magic raids were more effective, then if you manage to run out of cards, use distant attacks like strike raid, trinity limit or ragnarok. Marluxia will often get out from his position and strike you randomly in the air. Make sure you jump on the machine and use melee attacks. on marluxia. Make sure to card break when petals start to attack.

and that's all I can say

I found it really easy. All you have to do is spam Omnislashes and fire-based attacks. Beat him around lvl 52 ^_^

In Re:com I killed marly in under 2 mins, sora 13 can verify this since he watched over web cam.

He also saw me beat Ansem in Re:com at lvl 40(took 100 trys to beat him).
