358/2 Days Destiny Islands and Young Riku

Top picture, Destiny Islands. WTF!? Why are they there? Young Riku. Bottom picture. WTF!? Why is he there? I thought itt was just supposed to be older Riku in this game.

Its set between Kh1 and Kh2.. I think xD So Riku might not have grown up at this stage :3

 

Then Riku has been going back to Destiny Islands before Sora, why didn't he say anything about it? Whatever, they'll probably have some screwed up explanation in the game, like it's a data Riku or something to do with CoM, who knows.

 

Because Riku has to go through puberty too! D:

I mean, it's not like he went through it over-night before he went out to help Sora wake up.

...Does the mean we get to hear Riku's voice crack?

 

My theory is that with the screen with young Riku and Roxas, its just Roxas reliving one of Sora's memories. This would explain Riku's KH1 look, and Roxas's confused face... They did say that Roxas would be reliving Sora's memories in this game, right?

 

Yes it does. Now all Roxas has to do is lay down like Sora did. That would be awesome!!

 

With the Riku picture, I bet he just hasn't gone through his growth spurt yet xD.

And as for the top picture...I have no idea.

 

That could mean *(could)* that Riku's Nobody is Axel. Doubt it.

Anyways, the picture does remind me of SRK on DI in KHI. ...Nomura and his damn trio-whoring.

It's been confirmed that he's not, over and over and over again. Nomura said Riku doesn't have a nobody.

 

Geez. Take a joke when you see one! I still don't know why the 3 of them are on DI though. Could it be that Kairi let them stay there or more likely, they stayed there while Kairi was off the island.

As for the whole Riku has no nobody think, I think he does have a nobody... just nt Axel.

Nomura NEVER said that Axel has no nobody, I've been reading all of interviews of Nomura since pre-kh2 and I've never seen that.

Honestly though, I think he does have a nobody because... well, look at it like this. Xehanort never lost his heart to the darkness, he gave into it, he even clearly states this in the first game. After much persuasion from Xehanort's heartless Riku does the EXACT SAME THING. And since Xehanort had a nobody(Xemnas) and Riku did the same thing AND had a strong enough heart, he should have created his own nobody. I think that his nobody didn't want to join the organization and so he wasn't mentioned in kh2 at all.

Anyways that's just my views so please... don't flame me!!! >.<

Anyways when it comes to why the trio were on Destiny Islands... idk... What I think is that during Reverse Rebirth in CoM, there was a hidden cutscene where Riku meets Roxas in the Destiny Islands stage, I mean seriously... Why not? If it was the real Destiny Islands then wouldn't Riku have just taken Sora with him to Destiny Islands till he woke up?

New Thought!!! What if that's when Riku has just arrived in End of the World and was transported to Destiny Islands through the door? He could have been fighting Xehanort's heartless and be able to transform back to normal while Roxas had been.... sightseeing...? Or something.... -_- Darn, I lost my train of thought... I had a really good reason why Roxas was there but I lost it... Oh well.

Hmm. It's possible that Destiny Islands was created out of a memory as opposed to them actually being there. Think about it: if this is set between the first and second games, wouldn't Kairi have met them all there at some point? Wouldn't she have seen Riku? I think the Riku in the picture is also a memory of Roxas'--perhaps he keeps having random flashes of memory throughout the game, driving him so crazy that he decides to leave the Organization and find Sora?

 

New thought. Got this off from KHI.

...Since Sora's memories are leaking during Days. Wouldn't it make sense that random copies of his friends would be running around? (Hence, Riku in his KHI clothing) Now that makes me wonder if Xion is a leaked memory from Sora.

Guh, Damn you SA. Now I think I spoiled myself. D: I'm never going on KHI again because of you.

 

Hmmm...I like the idea of Xion as a leaked memory from Sora. The trailers make more sense that way.

 

The pictures kinda looks like a remake of the first game but i doubt it though.

But to me its looks like it but in a nobody way..lol
