I said that song by its self. Not every rap song out there.

 

No it is not about sex and prostitutes. The song as about a dance. And in rap "hoe" can be used to reffer to more than just a hoe. And also, "Dat" is a shortened version of "that" which is used to deliver lyrics faster.
