*ahem* Yes People its confirmed!!, In an interview with Mark Beaumont, (executive vice president and head of consumer software for Capcom) hinted that the new zombie franchise will return to consoles in the future saying "Dead Rising has allowed us to establish a new franchise that we can use for years to come They are saying that 'Dead Rising 2' is Dead Rising with a '2' on the end, and the storyline is very similar to that of Timespliters. You must cross wooden pathways to get to the next levels and defeat the Demonic Rat of Liability which in Dead Rising is the Queen Zombie. But this information is unofficial.
