358/2 Days Day 256 help

Okay, so, In 358 Days, on Day 256, (or the Tentacle rape day, as I call it) I cannot defeat the Leechgrave. I have tried the hints on the game files, but it never works for me. I lowered the mission level 3 times already and still can't beat it. Is there an easier way to beat the thing, than what is on file?

 

Ah the Leechgrave, I remember that one, you got to strike it's tentacle's and the body will fall down for a period of time for striking, you may have to add a few healing and attacking spells and items and a quick combo Keyblade as you got to be quick in killing those tentacles

 

i recommend removing most (if not all) your magic except cures/curas. i found that the easiest way to take down the tentacles is to guard their attacks. if you successfully guard an attack from the tentacle, it will temporarily be stunned which is when you can land hits on it. also, NEVER attempt to attack the main body if it is conscious because it WILL kill you if you get too close. and after taking out all the tentacles, the main body will be stunned for a while (at which point you attack it) and it will come back to life after a while, as soon as it shows signs of coming back to life, get away from it immediately. hope that helps.

 

When I beat it I had a lot of Cura so you heal gradually and I beat the tenticals and hit the main body after, also if you get too stuck gain some levels by going on mission mode or try different wepons....hope this helps
