Birth by Sleep Data Install help

I was finishing my first playthrough of the game with Terra, when I saved at the last save point before his Final Boss I decided to put that save up on gamefaqs, I was about to move the save when inoticed that the installed data was in that same file as the gamesave so i deleted it from the PSP menu and uploaded the save when I tried to re-install the data all I get is an error message, what did I do wrong and how can I fix it?
