Damn...Depression Won't Leave Me....

The harder I try to stop being depressed...things relentlessly hammer me, and it won't stop....what is it? Why won't it just stop?? I don't get it....I really don't....

 

Easy.
Get off the computer and go do something.

 

First off, you can't try to stop being depressed. It's a condition, therefore you can't just make it 'go away'. Second, you don't sound very depressive. You sound whiny, stating the cliche 'why won't it just stop' phrase. You have the right to call me a betch or whatever since people on these forums tend to take everything way too personally. Yeah, I'll just say it ahead of time.

Why are so many people hosting pity-parties lately? :\

It's not that...I have almost nothing left, really. I look around...and everyone else seems to have friends. Almost all my friends are here....I barely hever get to talk to my friends out here...let alone see them...It hurts...it really does....

 

All I can say is I hope you feel better soon.
I understand how it feels

soon or later,your depression will go away
start to think positive.

I didn't tell you to go into denial. If you have problems attempt to deal with them. God knows how much sh1t I've had to deal with between Protective Services and my mother lately. I could just ignore it, but that quite possible means the situation would escalate and I would go into foster care. Do you think I want that to any degree? Letting the situation marinate doesn't benefit yourself, or anyone else. You're not afflicted with much anyway...I'm assuming you have a computer since you're online right now [lawl]. And I'm assuming some of your friends have AIM or something. If anything, you'll see them Tuesday.

Well, personally I don't like being put on a pedestal, so it's probably for the same general reasons.

...Thanks...I just can't talk to my other friends, though. One I almost NEVER see, and the other...ha..her mother's friggen crazy...we're TRYING to get her on KH-Vids...but she probably won't let her...she hasn't given us an answer yet...and it's been a few weeks.
